回收率：

Review: The kit was easy to do, has showen significative difference between normal and treated groups, in range with expected values.

Review: We analyzed the amount of the protein in plasma of normal and frail human subjects. We have found non statistical significant trends. The test worked well, the standard curve was really good (0.99). We have to increase the statistical power by adding new sample. Internal duplicate gave similar results.
